The Santee Santas Foundation is a local non-profit 501(c)(3) registered organization, providing year-round help to members of our community living within the Santee School District boundaries and in need of assistance. Because the Santee Santas Foundation is an all-volunteer organization, there are minimal administrative costs, and all donations are tax deductible and used to assist families and seniors in need of help. On behalf of the hundreds of families we assist every year, thank you for your generosity.

Contribute Food & Toys
FOOD DONATIONS
Over the past several years we have found that “food drives” did not always fill the needs of our recipient familes with nutritious and supplementary food that would help provide full meals for families. Therefore, we have adapted our Food Drive through the schools to seek gift cards to one of the three major grocery stores in Santee (Food 4 Less, Smart & Final, and Vons.) Each family is provided several boxes of selected foods and grocery store gift cards to purchase fresh food items such as milk, butter, produce and prefered proteins. The gift cards from the Food Drives at schools and other donations are given directly to the recipients.
TOY DONATIONS
The good news is our donation boxes will be back out at our local businesses again for collecting toys to distribute to children. Toys will be wrapped and packaged for all recipient children from 0-11 years old. We will be providing Gift Cards to children 12-18 to allow them to purchase something special just for them. If you are interested in supporting the Toy Program, please consider donating gift cards for Target and/or Walmart or monetary support to our program.
