Santee Santas provides assistance for the Holiday Season by delivering food for a holiday meal for families and toys/gifts for children under 18 years of age. This assistance is available to low-income families who live in the City of Santee or one of the neighboring areas that is located within the boundaries of attendance for the Santee School District. Please check the documents below to determine if your family is eligible for assistance.

Applications are available ONLINE ONLY beginning October 16, 2023, and will be accepted until midnight on December 1, 2023. No applications will be accepted after December 1, 2023. If you are unable to complete an Online Application, please contact Santee Santas for assistance.
This year, volunteers will deliver your food and toy packages on Delivery Day, December 20, 2023, between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS
Please carefully read and follow these Instructions to avoid delay or interruption in processing your application.
This Application is for requesting assistance from the Santee Santas Foundation for the 2023 Annual Holiday Food and Toy Program.
It is very important that each section of the application be answered as completely and accurately as possible and that photocopies of all required documentation are included for your application to be considered. You may attach scanned documents or a picture taken with your phone.
The Application can be accessed below. You will be asked to register as a User in the program.
Fill in all spaces applicable. Only complete the information for the adults and children living in your home. Leave the “extra” spaces empty. (For example, If you have only 3 children, you will leave the information boxes for Children #4, #5, and #6 blank.)
Please be sure that all of the questions for each Adult and Child are answered and all required documents are attached.
Once the Application is complete, you will select SUBMIT and your application will be delivered to Santee Santas. Upon successfully submitting your application, you will receive a notification that your application has been received.
Applications must be received on or before midnight of December 1, 2023.
If your application is not complete or is missing verifying documents, you may be notified by email. If you are notified that your application is incomplete, you must complete and/or provide the missing information and resubmit it within 3 days of receiving the notification. If your application is missing required information you may not be approved for assistance.
